**Job Description - VFX & Graphics Trainer**

**Position**: VFX & Graphics Trainer
**Department**: Academic / Training
**Experience Required**: 1-4 Years (Industry and Teaching Experience Preferred)
**Location**: Ambala City
**Employment Type**: Full-time / Part-time

**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct training sessions (classroom & online) on:

- **VFX Software**: Adobe After Effects, Autodesk Maya/3ds Max, Nuke, Fusion, Hudini
- **Graphic Design Tools**: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, CorelDRAW and more
- **Video Editing Tools**: Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro and more
- Create lesson plans, course materials, and practice projects aligned with industry standards.
- Guide students on live projects, assignments, and portfolio preparation.
- Provide mentorship and individual feedback to enhance student learning outcomes.
- Stay updated with the latest tools, trends, and technologies in VFX and graphic design.
- Collaborate with the academic team to upgrade curriculum as per market demand.
- Assist in preparing students for internships, interviews, and job placements.

**Key Requirements**
- Proven experience as a VFX Artist / Graphic Designer / Trainer.
- Strong command over visual effects, compositing, motion graphics, and design principles.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for students at beginner and advanced levels.
- Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for teaching.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Industry-experienced creative professional passionate about training.
- Problem-solver with a strong eye for detail and visual aesthetics.
- Willing to learn and adapt to new tools, trends, and technologies.
