**Job Description: Graphic Designer Trainer**

**Overview**: We are seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Designer Trainer to join our team. As a Graphic Designer Trainer, you will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality training programs to individuals aspiring to become proficient in graphic design. This role requires a blend of creative design skills, industry knowledge, and a passion for teaching.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Develop Training Curriculum**:

- Create comprehensive training materials and resources for graphic design courses.
- Design engaging and interactive learning modules to facilitate effective learning.
- **Conduct Training Sessions**:

- Deliver hands-on training sessions to individuals or groups of students.
- Teach fundamental and advanced graphic design concepts using industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma, Corel Draw, Auto CAD, Solid Works etc.).
- Demonstrate various techniques and best practices in graphic design, including typography, color theory, layout, and image editing.
- **Provide Guidance and Feedback**:

- Mentor and guide students to help them develop their design skills.
- Offer constructive feedback on projects to facilitate improvement and growth.
- Assist students in building professional portfolios showcasing their work.
- **Assessment and Evaluation**:

- Develop assessments and assignments to gauge students' understanding and progress.
- Evaluate student work and provide grades and feedback to track their development.
- **Collaboration and Communication**:

- Collaborate with other trainers and staff to enhance the overall training experience.
- Communicate effectively with students, providing clear instructions and guidance.
- Address any questions or concerns from students regarding the course content or assignments.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio of work.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma, Corel Draw, Auto CAD, Solid Works).
- Previous experience in teaching or training, preferably in a classroom setting.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to provide constructive feedback.
- Passion for graphic design and a desire to inspire and mentor others.
