**Job Title**: Senior Accounts Executive
**Location**: Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the daily accounting operations and reporting for the manufacturing unit.
- Ensure timely preparation and submission of financial statements and reports.
- Handle cost accounting for manufacturing processes, including inventory management, material costing, and variance analysis.
- Supervise accounts payable and receivable, including vendor and customer management.
- Reconcile monthly financial statements and prepare balance sheet schedules.
- Oversee taxation matters, ensuring accurate tax filings (GST, TDS, and other statutory obligations).
- Coordinate and assist with audits, both internal and external.
- Maintain and update accounting records in ERP software and ensure accuracy.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support decision-making.
- Work closely with the management team to improve financial controls and streamline accounting processes.

**Required Qualifications**:

- **Educational Qualification**:
- B.Com, M.Com, MBA, CA Inter, ICWA or equivalent degree in finance or accounting.
- **Experience**:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting within the manufacturing industry.
- **Technical Skills**:
- Proficiency in ERP software for accounting (preferably SAP, Tally, or similar).
- Advanced MS Excel skills (pivot tables, v-lookups, etc.).
- **Other Skills**:
- In-depth knowledge of financial reporting, cost accounting, tax compliance, and statutory filings.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of Indian accounting standards (Ind AS) and GST laws.

**Key Attributes**:

- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and guide junior accounting staff.
- Proactive in identifying issues and implementing solutions.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

**Preferred**:

- Experience with manufacturing cost structures, inventory management, and production-related financials.
- Familiarity with ERP customization for the manufacturing industry.
