Key Responsibilities:
1. Supporting Sales Team: Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as managing schedules, preparing documents, and handling correspondence.
2. Customer Interaction: Communicate with customers to gather information, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction.
3. Sales Reporting: Prepare sales reports and presentations, analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities.
4. Documentation: Maintain sales records, update customer databases, and organize sales-related paperwork.
5. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, logistics, and finance to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:Education: Typically requires a high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business administration or related field may be preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in sales support or coordination roles is often preferred, especially in a similar industry.
- Skills: o Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively. o Customer service orientation with a problem-solving attitude.Attributes: o Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. o Adaptability and willingness to learn new processes and tools. o Proactive approach to handling challenges and achieving goals.Typically office-based, regular working hours, but may require occasional overtime or travel depending on the company's needs.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
