**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation & Cold Calling**:

- Make outbound calls to new leads to introduce the company’s products and services.
- Convince prospective clients to visit the company for further discussions or product demonstrations.
- Generate leads through research and networking to expand the client base.
- **Client Follow-up**:

- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads to convert them into customers.
- Call existing customers for repeat orders and to introduce new offerings.
- **CRM Management**:

- Update and maintain customer details, interaction history, and follow-up actions in CRM software.
- Ensure that all lead information is accurate and up-to-date to track sales progress.
- **Sales Coordination**:

- Coordinate with the sales team and other departments to ensure smooth order processing.
- Communicate client needs and feedback to relevant teams to improve service quality.
- **Incentive Management**:

- Close sales and earn incentives based on successful conversions from leads into orders.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree preferred.
- **Experience**: 2-3 years in sales coordination, telecalling, or a similar role.
- **Communication**: Fluent in both English and Hindi, with the ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
- **Technical Skills**: Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong time management and the ability to handle multiple leads and follow-ups simultaneously.
- **Hardworking**: Should be dedicated, proactive, and capable of working independently to achieve targets.
