**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Relationship Building**: Leverage existing connections within colleges and universities to identify opportunities for partnership in skill development programs.
- **Program Development**: Collaborate with academic institutions to design and deliver skill-related certification programs tailored for MBA students.
- **Negotiation**: Utilize strong negotiation skills to establish favorable terms and conditions for program implementation, including pricing, scheduling, and curriculum development.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated on industry trends and emerging skills required by employers to ensure program relevance and effectiveness.
- **Reporting**: Provide regular updates on progress and outcomes of partnerships, including feedback from participating institutions and students.
- **Networking**: Attend relevant industry events and networking opportunities to expand connections within the educational sector.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in developing and delivering skill-related certification programs, particularly for MBA students.
- Established connections with L&D Heads and academic leaders in colleges and universities.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful partnerships in the educational sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at various levels.
- Knowledge of current industry trends and the skills needed in the job market.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently while managing multiple projects.
