Job Description: We are seeking dedicated and persuasive Student Outreach Field Workers to join our team and play a pivotal role in expanding our educational services. As a Student Outreach Field Worker, your primary responsibility will be to identify prospective students and engage with their parents, promoting the benefits of our website's services and encouraging them to enroll.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct Outreach Activities: Actively participate in field-based outreach activities to locate potential students. This may involve visiting schools, educational events, community centers, and other relevant venues.

Establish Rapport: Build strong connections with students and their parents through effective communication and relationship-building strategies.

Explain Services: Clearly articulate the advantages of our website's educational services, emphasizing how they can positively impact the student's academic growth and future prospects.

Address Concerns: Listen attentively to parents' queries and concerns, providing well-informed answers and reassurance to build trust and confidence in our services.

Distribute Marketing Materials: Distribute promotional materials, brochures, and flyers, ensuring that they effectively convey the value of our services.

Follow-up: Initiate timely follow-ups with interested parents to provide additional information, address any lingering doubts, and encourage them to take advantage of our offerings.

Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align outreach efforts with overall organizational goals.

Data Collection: Maintain comprehensive records of outreach activities, including the number of potential students approached, inquiries received, and conversions achieved.

Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from parents and students regarding their preferences and needs, assisting in continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Minimum of a high school diploma (10th pass) or equivalent educational background.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students and parents.
- Persuasive and convincing abilities to promote the benefits of our educational services.
- Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Comfortable with extensive fieldwork and outreach activities.
- Basic computer skills to maintain records and communicate via digital platforms.
- Knowledge of local educational systems and trends is advantageous.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: ₹7,500.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
