Introduction We are looking for a highly motivated and result-driven Field Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. The role involves generating business from various sources including leads, sales campaigns, channel sales, door-to-door sales, enterprise sales, and direct sales. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, sales expertise, and the ability to build strong customer relationships while achieving set targets. Key Responsibilities 1. Lead Generation & Conversion Identify potential customers through field visits, cold calling, door-to-door sales, and business campaigns. Generate leads via channel partners, direct marketing, and enterprise sales. Conduct telecalling activities to convert inquiries into business opportunities. Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and ensure maximum conversion rates. 2. Sales Campaigns & Business Development Execute sales campaigns and promotional activities to create brand awareness and increase business. Develop and maintain relationships with channel partners, distributors, and resellers. Approach enterprise clients and explain product/service offerings effectively. Identify new markets, business opportunities, and customer segments to expand revenue streams. 3. Sales Proposals & Negotiations Prepare customized sales proposals, quotations, and presentations based on client requirements. Negotiate terms and pricing with potential clients to close profitable deals. Follow up with prospects until successful closure and ensure smooth onboarding. 4. Client Relationship Management Build long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business. Provide post-sales support to customers for better satisfaction. Resolve client queries and escalate issues to higher management when necessary. 5. Reporting & Coordination Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and CRM entries. Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns and promotional strategies. Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to the management team. Required Skills & Competencies Technical & Functional Skills Strong knowledge of field sales, direct sales, and channel sales techniques. Ability to handle B2B and B2C sales effectively. Proficiency in preparing sales proposals, quotations, and agreements. Comfortable using CRM tools, MS Office, and lead management software. Soft Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Negotiation and persuasion abilities to close deals effectively. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven.
