**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop high-quality graphics, layouts, and visual content for internal projects and external clients.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create brochures, banners, social media graphics, and website visuals.
- Design compelling and innovative branding, advertising, and promotional materials.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver creative solutions that align with their brand identity.
- Ensure all designs adhere to Auxzon Solutions Pvt Ltd’s brand guidelines for a cohesive visual style.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing creative ideas and concepts.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and meeting deadlines.
- Stay current with industry trends, tools, and software to continuously improve design capabilities.
- Prepare and present design concepts to stakeholders and clients, incorporating feedback and making revisions.
- Collaborate with other designers, developers, and team members to achieve project goals.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
- Excellent communication skills for articulating design concepts.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong attention to detail and aesthetics.
- Effective time management and ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Experience managing client expectations and feedback.
- Knowledge of web design and multimedia production is a plus.
