**Job Purpose**

Finalization of IndAS Financial Statements of Vodafone Idea Limited and its Subsidiaries

**Key Result Areas/Accountabilities**
- Preparation of Ind AS/IFRS based financial statements along with all requisite disclosures including Consolidation of Subsidiaries, Joint ventures and associates
- Preparation of results and disclosures as per Regulation 33 of SEBI listing obligation requirements
- Analyze the Indian accounting standards, transactions and providing inputs for finalizing the necessary accounting guidelines
- Liaison with the statutory auditors to ensure smooth quarterly and annual audit of books.
- Collating inputs from SSC / Corporate / Circles with respect to preparation of the financial statements and variance analysis
- Monthly critical review of business and finance KPIs by performing analytical procedures and evaluation of business reasons for deviations
- Ensure standardization of accounting policies and practices across all the circles and business units.
- Review of Chart of accounts and take appropriate action for any disconnects
- Regular analysis of the changes in the reporting requirements, assess the changes impacting the company, its subsidiaries and its joint ventures / associates, appraise Top Management and implement changes in consultation with the Top Management.
- Comparison of accounting polices / disclosures with peers in the Industry System and Process Improvements
- Preparation of reconciliation of Profit /Net Assets, for Ind AS.
- Provide support and information to other functions for various other regulatory, DoT, CAG and Tax Audits
- Provide input with respect ERP integration

**Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience**
- In-depth knowledge of Consolidation and Reporting.
- Knowledge of compliances for listed companies
- Technical knowledge of Ind AS and International Financial Reporting Standard.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office, SAP, Hyperion.

**Must have technical / professional qualifications**

Chartered Accountant
