**Responsibilities**:

- Liaising with internal departments to determine recruitment needs
- Sourcing profiles and recruiting them.
- Determining selection criteria, hiring profiles, and job requirements for vacant positions.
- Developing hiring strategies and procedures in line with industry trends, as well as keeping informed of advancements in the field.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with other stakeholders.
- Ability to deliver results under pressure and within deadlines.
- Strongly inclined to do high-quality and impactful work in a dynamic environment.

**Qualification and Experience**:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in management or related field is required.
