- Stayed at Russia more than 1 year and good exposer or communication and coordination in Russian Language**

**11. Position Purpose**
- Finding new customers, and promoting and selling the company’s products across Russia and Europe.
- He will typically negotiate and write contracts, coordinate deliveries with production and distribution, and service their accounts.

- Excellent communication (Verbal and Written) in Russian, English and Hindi
- Capable to understand engineering products by drawing
- Strong judgment & decision making, Negotiation and Persuasion, Risk Analysis, Costing,, MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.

1. Interact and exchange results with marketing HOD and then communicate the plans among the team members

2. Conduct market surveys, analyses the relevant data and find opportunities to explore

3. Ensure alignment of customer’s and company’s understanding of marketing campaigns

4. Coordinate with logistic and Customer for timely delivery and payment collection

6. Coordinate with designing team for customized customer product before price confirmation.

1. Preparation of statements, publicity materials and advertisement campaigns to be released to prospective and existing clients

2. Evaluation of ongoing campaign’s performances, effectiveness and analyze the data to know its effectiveness

3. Execution of marketing plans in the correct timespan

4. Conducting market research and laying out the marketing strategies according to opportunities identified from such research

5. Participate in international exhibition and fair as and when required.

6. Develop new marketing strategies in order to achieve the goals of the organization.

7. Develop marketing reports, company brochures and other marketing related matter

8. Working closely with marketing managers to update about the day to day marketing operations, staff performance and corresponding results

9. Continuous evaluation of competitor’s strategies and formulations of action plans in correspondence to competitor’s market campaign.

10. Excellent in E-Mail etiquette, Word, Excel, Power Point

11. Good personality with influencing speaking & writing Russian and English and culture of business location.

12. Handling Customer Complaints and resolving issues.

13. Knowledge of Export Procedure, Exim Benefits, Commercial terms and Inco Terms.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
