**Jewelry Sales Associate Duties & Responsibilities**
- Maintain counter standards including replenishment and presentation the general appearance and cleanliness of department
- Maintain floor standards including replenishment and presentation the general appearance and cleanliness of department
- Demonstrates the ability to highlight the features and benefits of merchandise in their area
- Maximizes personal and departmental jewelry and watch sales performance by providing a positive shopping experience for customers
- Assists customers with jewelry transactions of all types, including sales, trade-ups, returns special orders,
- Develops and maintains jewelry and watch product knowledge, to include attendance at specific training on watches, gold, silver, color stones, pearls, and diamonds
- Actively supports the integrity of Exchange information systems
- Displays a high degree of professionalism, both visually and verbally, at all times on the sales floor and when speaking on the phone
- Becomes familiar with commercial sector retail store sales events, merchandising practices, Implements "best practices" as feasible
- Offering outstanding customer service

**Jewelry Sales Associate Qualifications**
- Exhibits behaviors that support client satisfaction goal (KPI)
- Product acknowledgement
- Experience selling high end jewelry preferred
- Greet every customer with eye contact and smile in your authentic way
- Acknowledge every waiting customer as soon as they arrive to the jewelry counter/prestige make-up area to let them know you’ll be right with them

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
