**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a **creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer** who can also manage our **social media presence** across platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram. This is a **hybrid role**, requiring both **design expertise** and a working knowledge of **social media content and trends**.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Graphic Design**:

- Design modern, professional creatives for social media, website, brochures, presentations, and brand collaterals
- Work on tools like **Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW**, and **Canva**:

- Create high-quality static and motion designs for digital use (carousel, reels covers, banners, etc.)
- Ensure brand consistency and aesthetics in all visual content

**Social Media Management**:

- Plan and schedule regular posts for **LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook**:

- Collaborate with content and strategy teams to create impactful visuals for campaigns
- Write or suggest engaging captions, hashtags, and creatives aligned with the brand voice
- Track engagement metrics and report performance insights

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer (agency or in-house)
- Strong design portfolio showcasing branding and digital work
- Proficiency in **Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva** (Canva is a must for quick edits and team collaboration)
- Understanding of current social media trends and content formats
- Good sense of typography, layout, color theory, and visual storytelling
- Basic video editing knowledge (preferred but not mandatory)
- Must be based in **Lucknow** or willing to commute on office days

**Work Mode**:

- **Hybrid**: 2-3 days in-office (Lucknow), rest work from home
- Task-oriented schedule with creative flexibility

**Salary**: ₹12,000 - ₹18,000/month (based on skills and experience)

**Joining**: Immediate to 15 days preferred
