**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide technical leadership to develop QA Automation, Performance Agile Implementation Strategy for Software Quality
- Should evaluate test tools for Automation including build verification and IDE plugins
- Come up with high level, low level design of Automation framework that covers test strategy
- Hands-on experience with products across the product portfolio, ability to participate in customer facing activities like demos, present automation strategies and delivery meetings etc.
- Design and Develop Automation frameworks/scripts, Accelerators, IP development following the defined internal standards

**Skill Set**:

- 10+ years of IT Quality Assurance related experience required with at least a Bachelor’s degree
- Well versed in Java, Python
- Thorough understanding of Software Quality Assurance and Quality Control techniques and software development lifecycles (SDLC)
- Well versed in Test Automation Frameworks & various Test Methodologies
- Experience in Full Stack Automation and Hands on in automation tools and frameworks: (Selenium, WDIO, CodedUI, SoapUI, Protractor, RestAssured, TestComplete, Appium, Pytest and JMeter)
- Should be strong in Python, with hands on experience working in Pytest unit test fixtures & parameterization
- Sound knowledge on Linux and Cloud platforms along with working experience in Dockers & Containers is a must
- Conversant about HTML, DOM, API, BitBucket, Git and CI/CD tools
- Should be in a position to setup the Jenkins environment with Dockers and Cloud platform
- Excellent communication skills - should be able to effectively communicate complex concepts and influence decisions
