Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate and technically skilled AI Evangelist to lead the transformation of our Quality Engineering (QE) practices through AI innovation. This role will drive awareness, experimentation, and adoption of AI-powered solutions across QE teams, enabling intelligent automation, predictive analytics, and enhanced testing efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

AI Advocacy & Enablement Conduct internal workshops, demos, and enablement sessions to promote AI in QE.

Represent QE in AI councils, innovation forums, and client showcases.

Solution Design & Integration Collaborate with QE architects and platform teams to embed AI into test case generation, defect prediction, and root cause analysis.

Partner with GenAI labs and solution architects to contextualize AI capabilities for client use cases.

Evaluate and recommend AI tools and frameworks

Thought Leadership & Content Creation Develop reusable assets, PoCs, and demo kits showcasing AI in QE.

Cross-Functional Collaboration Work with product managers, developers, and SDETs to identify AI integration points in the SDLC.

Liaise between AI platform teams and QE delivery units to align tools, metrics, and governance.

Conduct and training sessions with stakeholders

Required Skills & Experience

  • Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks, especially in test data generation, NLP-based test case creation, and anomaly detection.
  • Proficient in languages such as Java, Python and QA tools like Selenium, Cypress, Appium, Rest Assured, Jmeter, etc
  • Strong foundation in software testing, test automation, and DevOps.
  • Familiarity with tools like AI Force, Marvel, SV Lite, and Falcon for AI-powered QE.
  • Excellent communication skills to translate complex AI concepts into actionable QE strategies.
  • Experience in client demos, pre-sales, or internal evangelism is a plus.
