**Job Description**:
We are seeking a results-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our team. As a Tele Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, prospecting potential clients, and closing sales over the phone. This position offers a competitive salary package with attractive commission-based incentives.
**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our products/services and generate interest.
- Identify and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Present product/service offerings in a clear and compelling manner to prospective clients.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets set by the management.
- Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Tele Sales Executive or similar role, preferably in Insurance/Education/.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive and confident demeanor.
- Strong sales acumen and ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Target-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and track sales activities.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and resilience.
- Flexibility to work flexible hours and adapt to changing business requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Internship
Contract length: 12 months
**Salary**: ₹9,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 4 - 8 per week
Schedule:
