**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a motivated and persuasive **Telesales Executive** to join our sales team. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, introducing our web and app development services, and converting leads into customers. Your role is critical in driving business growth and establishing long-term relationships with clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation and Follow-Up**:

- Contact potential clients via phone to introduce the company’s services.
- Generate leads through cold calling, follow up on inquiries, and convert prospects into customers.
- **Client Engagement**:

- Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions for web and app development.
- Explain the features and benefits of the company’s services effectively.
- **Sales Conversion**:

- Address customer queries, concerns, and objections confidently.
- Close sales and meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- **Market Research**:

- Research and identify potential markets and industries for business opportunities.
- Gather and document client feedback to improve service offerings.
- **Record Keeping**:

- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in CRM software.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports to management.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Coordinate with the marketing and development teams to ensure client requirements are met.
- Provide input on improving marketing and sales strategies.

**Key Requirements**:

- Proven experience in telesales or telemarketing, preferably in IT services or software development.
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills.
- Strong understanding of web and app development processes is a plus.
- Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or IT is advantageous.
