- Communicate with existing clients to answer questions regarding refund status, procedures, and requirements.
- Ensure that all necessary documentation and forms related to refund requests are completed accurately and meet all compliance standards.
- Continuously monitor and stay informed about the latest changes in immigration laws, regulations, and policies
- Prepare and maintain reports related to refund requests, processing times, and outcomes.
- Address any issues or concerns raised by clients regarding the refund process. Resolve problems in a timely manner while maintaining professionalism and customer satisfaction
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring they are informed and satisfied throughout the refund process. Offer personalized guidance and assistance

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
