**Job Title: Immigration Advisor/Coordinator**
**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
- **Client Consultation and Assessment**:
- Meet with clients to assess their immigration needs, goals, and eligibility for various visa categories or immigration programs.
- Provide personalized advice and guidance based on clients' circumstances, preferences, and immigration objectives.
- Explain immigration procedures, requirements, and timelines to clients, ensuring clear understanding and informed decision-making.
- **Document Preparation and Application Submission**:
- Assist clients in gathering and organizing required documentation, such as identification papers, financial records, and employment history.
- **Client Communication and Follow-Up**:
- Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the immigration process, keeping them informed of progress, delays, or additional requirements.
- Provide timely follow-up on outstanding documentation, requests for additional information, or interview appointments.
- **Case Management and Record-Keeping**:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, case files, and documentation in compliance with privacy and confidentiality regulations.
- Use case management software or databases to manage client information, track progress, and generate reports as needed.
- **Research and Compliance**:
- Stay informed about changes in immigration laws, policies, and procedures, and communicate updates to clients as necessary.
- Conduct research on specific visa categories, eligibility criteria, and country-specific requirements to provide accurate and relevant advice to clients.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable immigration regulations, ethical standards, and professional codes of conduct.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelor's degree in law, international relations, immigration studies, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in immigration consulting, legal assistance, or related roles is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a focus on attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in using computer software for document preparation, case management, and communication.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a commitment to providing exceptional client service.
- Fluency in additional languages may be advantageous, depending on the client demographic served.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher
**Salary**: ₹10,999.37 - ₹28,714.46 per month
