- We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Legal Intern to support our legal team. The intern will primarily assist in creating and maintaining MIS reports, managing contract records, and conducting minor reviews of legal documents. This role offers exposure to practical aspects of corporate legal work and requires strong organizational and analytical skills..

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare, update, and maintain MIS reports for legal operations.
- Assist in contract lifecycle management, including indexing, tracking, and archiving agreements.
- Conduct preliminary review of legal documents for accuracy, completeness, and basic compliance.
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather data and documentation.
- Support the legal team with administrative tasks, research, and documentation as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Current law student (LLB/BA LLB or equivalent)

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts of low to mid-level complexity.
- Basic understanding of contract law and corporate legal processes.
- Excellent legal research skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas effectively.
- Quick learner with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with fluency in written and spoken English.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
