Role Overview:
As a Fashion Designer with Garnet Couture, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand's identity and product offerings. You will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and creating fashion-forward clothing items that resonate with our diverse clientele. Your creative vision will contribute to our boutique's success and elevate the overall shopping experience we offer.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop innovative and trend-setting clothing designs that align with our brand's aesthetic and customer preferences.
- Conduct research on fashion trends, fabrics, and materials to ensure the creation of unique and appealing designs.
- Collaborate with our team to transform design concepts into fully-fledged clothing items.
- Create detailed sketches, patterns, and prototypes to guide the production process.
- Stay updated with industry developments and emerging fashion trends.
- Participate in fittings and adjustments to ensure the perfect fit and design execution.
- Contribute to the overall visual merchandising and styling of the boutique.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Fashion Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills.
- In-depth understanding of fabrics, garment construction, and production processes.
- Ability to interpret trends and adapt them to the brand's style.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
- Attention to detail, creativity, and a passion for staying ahead of fashion trends.
- Degree or certification in Fashion Design or a related field is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹9,688.12 - ₹25,579.08 per month
