Responsibilities:

- Design and develop training modules and curriculum for verbal communication skills enhancement.
- Create engaging and interactive materials to facilitate effective learning.
- Conduct verbal training sessions for individuals or groups, addressing areas such as pronunciation, intonation, vocabulary, and public speaking techniques.
- Utilize a variety of instructional methods, including workshops, role-playing, and multimedia resources.
- Evaluate participants' verbal communication skills through assessments and observations.
- Provide constructive feedback to help individuals improve their spoken language abilities.
- Offer one-on-one coaching sessions to address specific challenges and tailor training to individual needs.
- Develop personalized improvement plans for participants.
- Focus on enhancing participants' language proficiency, grammar, and vocabulary to ensure effective verbal communication.
- Integrate cultural nuances into training to improve overall language skills.
- Provide guidance on public speaking techniques, including body language, voice modulation, and overcoming stage fright.
- Facilitate practice sessions and mock presentations to build confidence.
- Maintain records of participants' progress and performance in verbal communication training.
- Provide regular updates to management or stakeholders on the effectiveness of the training program.
- Stay informed about language trends, communication tools, and advancements in teaching methodologies.
- Incorporate relevant industry trends into training programs.
- Collaborate with other trainers, educators, or departments to integrate verbal training into broader educational or professional development initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Communication, English, Education, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are advantageous.
- Proven experience as a Verbal Trainer, Communication Skills Trainer, or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in the relevant language(s).
- Knowledge of instructional design principles and training methodologies.
- Ability to adapt training content for different proficiency levels.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to provide constructive feedback.
- Experience in public speaking and presentation skills.
- Comfortable using multimedia tools and technology for training purposes.
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping others improve their verbal communication skills.
