**Role Overview**:
As a **Telecaller in the Printing and Packaging industry**, your main responsibility will be to contact potential business customers by phone, introduce them to our printing and packaging services, generate interest, and schedule meetings or follow-ups for the sales team. You will act as the first point of contact, helping to create strong business opportunities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound cold calls to potential clients (B2B)
- Introduce the company’s printing and packaging products (e.g., boxes, labels, brochures, custom packaging)
- Explain product features, pricing, and benefits
- Identify client needs and qualify leads
- Maintain a call log and update CRM with lead details
- Follow up on previous leads to keep engagement active
- Schedule appointments or demos for the sales team
- Meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets

**Required Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident phone manner and persuasive speaking ability
- Ability to understand and explain technical product details
- Time management and organizational skills
- Persistence and resilience under rejection

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in telecalling or B2B sales (preferred)
- Knowledge of printing and packaging products (advantageous)
- High school diploma or above

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
