**Job Title: Tell Caller & Telle Sales Executive**

**Position Overview**:
We are currently seeking a talented and proactive Tell Caller to join our dynamic customer support team. The Tell Caller will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers, providing assistance, and ensuring their needs are met with efficiency and professionalism.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound calls from customers in a courteous and timely manner.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Listen attentively to customer concerns and address them promptly and effectively.
- Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries, resolve issues, and gather feedback.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with other departments to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Uphold company standards for quality assurance and customer service excellence.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and best practices to better assist customers.
- Strive to meet or exceed individual and team performance targets.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in customer service or call center role preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends if required.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
