**- Minimum 8 years of RTP/S2P/O2C (Request To Pay/Source To Pay/Order to Cash) experience.
- Expert knowledge in P2P and good overall knowledge in all towers P2P/O2C/R2R
- Expert level accounting knowledge to interpret and explain the process from accounting perspective
- Should be detail oriented and have excellent presentation & analytical skills.
- Basic knowledge on quality tools and techniques
- Participates in identifying and implementing process improvement opportunities
- Good Microsoft Excel and Word skills
- Good process management skills
- Analyze KPI’s on a monthly basis and provide recommendations to the client on timely basis.
- Should have team handling experience.
- Manage the attrition and motivate the team on their achievements and do monthly/ quarterly/ annual. Performance assessments and provide the feedback.
- Flexible to work in any shift (Should not have problem to work in night shift)
