3D Generalist

**Responsibilities**:

- **3D Modeling**: Design and create detailed 3D models from scratch, including characters, environments, and objects, using industry-standard software.
- **Animation**: Animate 3D models with realistic movement and expressions, ensuring they meet the project requirements and creative vision.
- **Video Production**: Use After Effects or Premiere Pro to compile and edit animated sequences into polished videos, incorporating effects, transitions, and sound as needed.
- **Rendering and Optimization**: Render high-quality visuals and optimize them for various platforms, ensuring they maintain performance and quality standards.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the creative team to understand project goals, provide input during brainstorming sessions, and ensure the final output aligns with the desired outcomes.
- **Quality Control**: Review and refine animations and videos to ensure they meet quality standards and make necessary adjustments based on feedback.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in 3D modeling and animation software such as Blender, Maya, or 3ds Max.
- Expertise in video editing software such as After Effects and Premiere Pro.
- Strong understanding of animation principles and techniques.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate within a team environment.
- A strong portfolio showcasing your 3D modeling, animation, and video production skills.
