**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**

1. Workflow Management: Oversee the workflow of the workshop, ensuring jobs are completed efficiently and to a high standard.

2. Team Supervision: Supervise and motivate a team of technicians, providing guidance and support as needed.

3. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

4. Inventory Management: Manage inventory of spare parts and consumables, ordering replacements as necessary.

5. Health and Safety: Ensure the workshop is a safe and healthy environment, adhering to company health and safety protocols.

6. Reporting: Provide regular reports on workshop operations, including productivity, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:
1. Technical Qualifications: Diploma or Certificate in Motorcycle Mechanics or equivalent.

2. Experience: 3+ years of experience in a two-wheeler workshop, including supervisory experience.

3. Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and customer service skills.

4. Physical Demands: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with occasional lifting of heavy tools and equipment.
