**Position Overview**

**Key ResponsibilitiesParent Engagement**:

- Reach out to and interact with parents who have shown interest in ARULA’s program.
- Clearly and empathetically explain ARULA’s unique approach, highlighting its transformative benefits.
- Build trust and establish meaningful relationships with potential clients, ensuring clarity and confidence in the program.

**Initial Assessment (IA) Bookings**:

- Assist parents in booking ARULA’s **Initial Assessment**, addressing questions and overcoming objections.
- Work toward achieving and surpassing individual IA booking targets.

**Global & National Outreach**:

- Communicate with parents from diverse cultural backgrounds, tailoring engagement strategies accordingly.
- Uphold professionalism and empathy in all client interactions, fostering a positive experience.

**Consumer Psychology Application**:

- Leverage psychological principles to understand client behaviors and improve communication strategies.
- Provide insights to enhance the overall client onboarding process.

**Skills & QualificationsEducational Background**:

- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in **Industrial/Organizational Psychology**, **Clinical Psychology**, or a related field.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to explain concepts with clarity, empathy, and professionalism.
- Confidence in interacting with clients from diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Understanding of consumer behavior and psychology.
- Interest in autism therapy, education technology, or mission-driven initiatives.
- Prior experience in client interaction, customer service, or sales is a plus.

**Compensation & BenefitsBase Pay**:

- ₹2,500 per month (contingent on no holidays being taken).
