**Job Title: Tender Executive**
- **We are seeking a highly experienced Senior-level Tender Executive to join our team in the Delhi NCR region**_
- **Experience: 7yrs in managing and coordinating tenders with Indian Railways**_
- **Qualification: Must be a graduate**_

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the end-to-end tendering process, from identifying opportunities to bid submission.
- Review and understand tender documents, contracts, and proposals.
- Coordinate with various departments to gather necessary information and meet submission deadlines.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners.
- Monitor and analyze tender outcomes, providing insights to improve future submissions.

**Requirements**:

- 7-8 years of proven experience as a Tender Executive or in a similar role with Indian Railways.
- Expertise in handling large-scale tenders and bids, with a strong understanding of procurement processes.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Delhi NCR.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹95,000.00 per month
