We are seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable Medical Representative to join our team for Max Saket or Max Hospital Networks in Delhi-NCR. As a Medical Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals. Your primary goal will be to increase product awareness, generate sales, and build strong relationships with medical practitioners and key decision-makers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Promote pharmaceutical products: Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and advantages of our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospital staff.
- Sales and territory management: Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets within your assigned territory/hospitals. Identify potential customers, generate leads, and actively pursue new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals by providing accurate product information, delivering promotional materials, conducting product demonstrations, and organizing educational events.
- Market intelligence: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging healthcare developments. Gather market intelligence and provide feedback to the management team regarding product performance, customer preferences, and market opportunities.
- Customer support: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely product support. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products.
- Training and education: Conduct product training sessions and workshops for healthcare professionals to enhance their understanding of our products. Stay knowledgeable about product features, clinical data, and industry guidelines.
- Compliance: Adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards during all sales and promotional activities. Maintain accurate records of sales visits, customer interactions, and product inventory.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, activity plans, and expense reports to the sales manager. Provide timely and accurate information regarding sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field. A degree in business administration or marketing is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Medical Representative or in a similar sales role within the pharmaceutical/nutraceutical industry.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical/nutraceutical products, medical terminology, and therapeutic areas.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Highly self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
- Proficient in using CRM software, MS Office Suite, and other sales tools.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory (Max Saket, Delhi-NCR).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
