**Key Responsibilities**
- **Lead Management**_:

- Maintain a structured database of leads and ensure follow-ups are done timely.
- **Client Engagement**_:_
- Pitch company services/products effectively to clients through various communication channels.
- Provide tailored solutions based on client needs and inquiries.

**Social Media Outreach**:

- Identify and engage with potential clients on platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.
- Develop creative strategies to approach clients through social media campaigns.

**Follow-Up**:

- Proactively follow up with clients to ensure sales conversion.
- Address client concerns and provide post-sale support to enhance satisfaction.

**Sales Target Achievement**:

- Work towards achieving and exceeding monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities and achievements.

**Collaboration**:

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services/products.
- Share market insights and client feedback with the marketing and product development teams.

**Key Requirements**
- **Language Skills**: Proficient in English (spoken and written).
- **Communication**: Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills.
- **Sales Experience**: Previous experience in sales, customer service or related roles is preferred but not mandatory.
- **Organized**: Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups efficiently.
- **Target-Oriented**: A strong drive to achieve and exceed sales goals.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Compensation Package:

- Performance bonus
