Linux / unix System Administration with expertise on Veritas clustering, other roles and responsibilites are as:

- Deliver effort free work in the areas of Incidents, Requests, Changes
- Execute Patching
- Deliver on stringent SLA's in a high work volume environment
- Contribute improvement ideas - 3 per quarter
- Attend office on time
- Create any documentation / SOP's for the team
- Execute hardware calls as and when needed
- Be able to dispatch tickets to the team or perform queue management as an added responsibilities
- Be flexible to any work requirement from leadership
- Be available for short duration travel
- Demonstrate core behaviors of Integrity, Commitment, Team work, Company and Customer first,
- Be aware that there will be focus on productivity and performance

Additionally:

- Grade 10 and above must also accept shift lead responsibilities as and when required
- Grade 10 and above must also accept to undertake interviews as and when required
- Grade 10 above role are required to demonstrate mentor teams, and be available for Critical and High severity incidents
- Grade 11 and above roles are required to demonstrate Architect level of expertise, in addition to above
