Reporting and assistance to Director

Prepare internal and external corporate documents for team members and industry partners

Schedule meetings and appointments.

Arrange corporate events and staff appreciation events.

Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents.

Uphold a strict level of confidentiality.

Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and clientele.

Very Strong hands-on experience working on multiple sheets.

Able to consolidate & produce meaningful reports on daily / weekly/ monthly/quarterly basis for internal reviews & client sharing & billing purposes.

Exposure to Macros, preparing dashboards, presentations, graphs & analytical reports.

Good Communication Skills and decision-making abilities.

**Skill**

Minimum of 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant reporting directly to senior management

Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with an ability to become familiar with firm-specific programs and software.

Proficiency in collaboration and delegation of duties

Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities

Exceptional interpersonal skills

Friendly and professional demeanor

Any Graduate/Any Postgraduate,

**Salary**: ₹10,991.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Indore, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:

- Assistant Executive: 2 years (required)

**Language**:
