Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Assistant located in Indore. The Executive Assistant will manage and coordinate executive schedules, handle administrative responsibilities, assist with expense reporting, and provide executive-level support. The individual will act as a key point of communication for internally and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and facilitating productivity. Salary Budget will be around 2.4 LPA CTC Qualifications Proven experience in Executive Administrative Assistance, Event Management and Administrative Assistance Proficiency in creating and managing Expense Reports and providing Executive Support Excellent verbal and written Communication skills Strong organizational and time-management skills Willing to Travel Within the city if needed as per the requirement Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in office tools like Microsoft Office Suite or similar software Experience in handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration or related field is preferred Must have own two-wheeler vehicle and driving license Person should be from Indore
