2. Student Support and Mentorship:

- Provide academic advising and support to students, guiding them in their academic and career development.
- Mentor students in research projects, internships, and other professional opportunities.

3. Assessment and Evaluation:

- Design and implement fair and effective assessment methods to evaluate student performance and learning.
- Provide timely feedback on assignments and examinations to facilitate student growth.

Research and Scholarship:
4. Conducting Research:

- Engage in independent and collaborative research projects in one’s area of expertise, contributing to the advancement of knowledge.
- Secure research funding through grants and other financial resources.

5. Publishing and Dissemination:
