**We are looking for assistant professor & HOD in Management, Health sciences ,Computer sciences and Hotel management.**

**Leadership & Department Management**:

- Provide strategic direction and operational management for the Department.
- Oversee departmental activities, including curriculum development, faculty recruitment, and budgeting.
- Foster an inclusive and innovative learning environment, promoting interdisciplinary collaboration.
- Coordinate with other department heads and administrative staff to align departmental goals with the college’s mission.

**Teaching & Curriculum Development**:

- Deliver high-quality lectures and practical sessions in relevant areas of applied sciences.
- Lead curriculum development and assessment practices to ensure they meet current industry standards and emerging trends.
- Mentor faculty members in modern teaching methodologies, academic research, and professional development.

**Student Development & Mentorship**:

- Oversee student advising and mentorship, helping students achieve academic and career goals.
- Support students in research and industry projects, internships, and professional presentations.
- Lead departmental initiatives for student engagement, such as workshops, guest lectures, and community outreach programs.

**Quality Assurance & Assessment**:

- Implement and monitor quality assurance policies to maintain high academic standards within the department.
- Conduct regular assessments of faculty performance, providing feedback and identifying professional development opportunities.
- Ensure the Applied Sciences Department meets accreditation and compliance requirements.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Masters
- **Experience**: At least 4-5 years of teaching or Industry experience.
- **Skills**: Strong leadership and organizational skills, excellent communication, a proven track record in research, and familiarity with industry advancements.
- **Personal Attributes**: Strategic thinker, innovative, team-oriented, and committed to fostering a positive learning environment.

Pay: ₹24,464.15 - ₹31,897.43 per month
