**Roles and Responsibilities**:
**Financial Management**:

- Oversee financial activities and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, statements, and budgets to support decision-making processes.
- Monitor cash flows, manage budgets, and forecast financial performance.
- Implement effective internal controls to safeguard company assets and mitigate financial risks.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and other financial stakeholders.

**GST Filing**:

- Ensure accurate and timely filing of Goods and Services Tax (GST) returns.
- Maintain proper documentation and records related to GST transactions.
- Stay updated with GST laws and regulations and ensure compliance.

**TDS Filing**:

- Prepare and file Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) returns within the specified timelines.
- Maintain records of TDS transactions and ensure compliance with applicable tax laws.

**Company Books Maintenance**:

- Maintain and update company financial books, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and fixed asset records.
- Perform regular reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.
- Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

**Accounting Software and Systems**:

- Utilize accounting software (e.g., Tally or other similar tools) to record and process financial transactions.
- Ensure proper configuration and utilization of the accounting software for efficient financial management.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or discrepancies in the accounting software.

**Financial Analysis and Reporting**:

- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare periodic financial reports and present them to management.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.

**Compliance and Audit**:

- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations, laws, and accounting standards.
- Assist in the preparation of financial documentation for audits and regulatory inspections.
- Collaborate with auditors and regulatory authorities as required.

**Team Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Finance, Operations, and Legal, to support financial initiatives and projects.
- Provide guidance and support to junior finance and accounting staff, if applicable.

**Requirements**:

- A degree in Commerce (M. Com or B. Com) or a related field is required.
- Proven experience of 5 to 10+ years in finance and accounting roles.
- Strong knowledge of GST filing, TDS filing, and company books maintenance.
- Proficiency in using accounting software, such as Tally or similar tools.
- Advanced proficiency in MS office.
- Excellent understanding of financial management principles, regulations, and best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership abilities and the capacity to manage and motivate a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
