**Job Opening - Tandoor Section**

**Position**: Demi Chef de Partie (DCDP) - Tandoor
**Location**: Vikhroli West, Mumbai, Greater Mumbai, Maharashtra - 400083
**Salary**: ₹20,000/month

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Independently handle the tandoor section during service hours
- Prepare and cook a variety of tandoori items including rotis, naans, kebabs, and marinated dishes
- Ensure consistent taste, texture, and presentation of all dishes
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the tandoor and work area
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock management
- Train and support junior staff in the section

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in a tandoor role
- Expertise in marination, grilling, and tandoori techniques
- Ability to handle high-pressure service times
- Knowledge of kitchen safety and hygiene standards
- Team player with strong communication and time management skills

**To Apply**:
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
