**Job Description: Field Sales Representative**

**Location: Kathua**

**Salary**: ₹20,000 per month plus incentives

**Company Overview**: We are hiring for a leading company specializing in the installation of solar panels, committed to providing sustainable energy solutions to our clients. Our focus is on delivering high-quality solar panel installations and exceptional customer service. As part of our expansion, we are looking for a motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team in Kathua.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue goals in the Kathua region.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations with local businesses and stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solar panel solutions.
- Conduct field visits to assess customer requirements, provide product demonstrations, and offer technical support and guidance.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and quotations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term engagement.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify potential growth opportunities.
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, performance, and customer feedback.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and installation of solar panels.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and local community events to network and promote our brand.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in field sales, preferably in the Kathua region.
- Proven experience in building and maintaining client relationships.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting and data analysis.
- Well-groomed with a pleasing personality, representing the company professionally at all times.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the Kathua region for business meetings and site visits.
