Part-Time / Full-Time / Contract

Job Purpose:
To conduct engaging and effective online mathematics coaching for students of classes 10, 11, and 12 following CBSE or State Board syllabus, ensuring concept clarity, improved academic performance, and exam readiness.

Key Responsibilities:
Online Teaching & Delivery

Conduct live interactive online classes using platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, or Teams.

Teach mathematics topics for the full syllabus

Break down complex concepts into easily understandable modules.

Use digital tools (whiteboards, slides, screen sharing) for visual explanation.

Lesson Planning & Material Preparation

Prepare lesson plans, digital worksheets, practice papers, and mock tests.

Align content with CBSE and/or State Board curriculum and exam patterns.

Student Support & Mentoring

Identify learning gaps and provide personalized guidance to students.

Encourage regular practice and revision for board exams and school tests.

Assessment & Progress Tracking

Conduct weekly/monthly assessments and share performance reports.

Maintain attendance records, class logs, and student progress sheets.

Coordinate with parents/guardians for academic updates when needed.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience in online tutoring for CBSE or State Board students (preferred).

Strong familiarity with digital teaching tools (Zoom, Google Meet, digital whiteboards).

Key Skills:
Excellent knowledge of 10th-12th grade mathematics syllabus (CBSE/State).

Clear communication and presentation skills in English or Tamil language.

Patience, empathy, and ability to handle varying learning levels.

Time management and ability to manage multiple batches effectively.

Preferred Experience:
Minimum 5 years of teaching experience

Exposure to online learning platforms and content creation.

Pay: ₹13,743.66 - ₹77,073.92 per month
