Join Our Team as an Online Tutor Math for 9-12 Grade

**Responsibilities**:

- **Tailored Instruction**:Develop customized lesson plans and teaching materials based on students' individual learning needs and objectives.
- **Interactive Teaching**:Engage students in dynamic online lessons using interactive tools and technologies to foster an effective learning environment.
- **Individualized Support**:Provide personalized academic support and guidance to address students' questions, challenges, and areas of difficulty.
- **Progress Monitoring**:Assess students' progress regularly through assessments and assignments, and provide constructive feedback to promote continuous improvement.
- **Effective Communication**:Maintain open and clear communication with students and their parents or guardians to discuss progress, set expectations, and address any concerns.

**Requirements**:

- MS Excel Knowledge
- Prior experience in tutoring or teaching students at the 9-12 grade levels, either in-person or online, is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in utilizing online tutoring platforms, video conferencing tools, and educational resources to facilitate virtual learning sessions.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely.
- Empathy, patience, and adaptability to meet the diverse learning needs and styles of individual students.
- Have a professional attitude to adapt to a fast paced learning environment and policies of the organization.
