**Responsibilities**:
Bid Management
- Creation of synopsis of all major and minor requirements from the tender document for Management review.
- Creation of all supporting documents and formats as per the tender requirement.
- Creating Technical and Commercial Bid Format with complete information for submission to Management for final pricing strategy.
- Interaction with OEMs for timely provisioning of supporting documents and valid competitive pricing.
- Interaction with Internal Departments namely Legal, Finance, Accounts, Technical etc. for Company originated technical, financial and legal documents as per requirement of the tender.
- Timely arrangement of EMDs and Bank Guarantees.
- Making certain that every bid is 100% complied from all the required prospectives and getting all the information vetted by the Management.

Others
- Attending pre-bid meetings, preparation of clarifications and post-bid follow-up with tendering agency for status and result of the tenders.
- Maintenance of tender database.
- Search of New Tenders from the Government and Private Procurement Portals.
- Providing details on participated and to be participated bids along with any analysis or observations to improve the bidding results during Management Reviews on defined timelines.

Experience in Bidding Processes
- GeM - BoQ Bid, Service Bid, Bunch Bid, Procurement based on L1 Criteria.
- CPPP - Online bid Submission on Central and State Public Procurement Portals.
- Hard Copy Bid Submission.

Job & Educational Experience
- 5-6 Years of in-depth experience in Government and Private Tendering process.
- Graduate in any Stream
