**Job Overview**:
We are seeking an enthusiastic **Java Trainer** to join our technical training team at our **Trichy** branch. The trainer will play a key role in mentoring students and fresh graduates by delivering practical, career-focused Java training sessions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver sessions on Java Programming, OOPs, Exception Handling, File I/O, and Multithreading.
- Teach advanced Java topics including Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and REST APIs.
- Conduct hands-on sessions, hackathons, project-based evaluations.
- Prepare and maintain course materials, test cases, and student trackers.
- Offer doubt-clearing sessions and technical support during lab hours.
- Support placement initiatives by preparing students for technical interviews.

**Key Skills Required**:

- Strong command over Core & Advanced Java concepts.
- Experience in Java-based frameworks (Spring, Hibernate).
- Familiarity with tools like Eclipse/IntelliJ, Git, Postman, etc.
- Good communication skills in English and Tamil (optional).
- Ability to inspire and engage with learners.

**Eligibility**:

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Computer Science or IT
- 2+ years of development or training experience
- Trainers from Trichy or willing to relocate preferred
