Roles:

- **Technological Expert**: Stay updated on the latest Java frameworks, tools, and best practices to share relevant knowledge.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Course Delivery**:

- Conduct classroom, virtual, or corporate training sessions on Java topics like Core Java, Advanced Java, frameworks (Spring, Hibernate), and tools (Maven, Gradle).
- Use real-world examples and hands-on coding exercises to ensure effective learning.
- **Curriculum Design**:

- Develop and update training materials, presentations, and resources.
- Include projects, case studies, and assignments for practical exposure.
- **Individual Support**:

- Assist students in debugging, understanding complex topics, and resolving queries.
- Provide personalized feedback on assignments and projects.
- **Evaluation and Assessment**:

- Design quizzes, tests, and projects to evaluate learners’ understanding.
- Assess and grade assignments, providing constructive feedback.
- **Technical Guidance**:

- Introduce students to modern Java-related technologies like RESTful APIs, Microservices, or Cloud Integrations.
- Cover tools and platforms like Eclipse, IntelliJ IDEA, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
- **Soft Skills Development**:

- Help students develop skills like teamwork, presentation, and problem-solving.
- Prepare learners for interviews with mock sessions and coding challenges.
- **Stay Updated**:

- Continuously learn about new developments in the Java ecosystem.
- Update the curriculum to include the latest versions and features of Java.
- **Administration**:

- Maintain attendance records, progress reports, and feedback forms.
- Coordinate with other trainers or departments to plan training schedules.
- **Industry Awareness**:

- Bridge the gap between academic knowledge and industry requirements.
- **Collaboration**:

- Partner with organizations or teams to tailor corporate training programs.
- Collaborate with peers to share resources and teaching methodologies.
