Warehouse Executive

_**About the role**_

As a Executive he is responsible for handling entire team and complete operations of Rocotile, bioman, D'signDoor, timbe - Chennai including Inventory, Stores, Transportation, Dispatch and Customer delight.
- **Responsibilities**_
- 5 S implementation
- Stock accuracy - Daily Cycle count - via erp next
- Error free operation - Internal & External relationship
- Stores Management - Raw materials, Consumables & FG
- Local Transportation Flow & Diesel Consumption

**Tasks and Activities**

**5S Implementation**
- Fixing 5 S implementation standard in factory with proper layout
- Make sure all the activities are followed in daily bases
- Inspecting & Monitoring all the 5 S activates at Factory

**Stock accuracy - Daily Cycle count - via ZOHO**
- Daily Cycle count tracking
- Report generation via erp next on-time
- 100% Stock accuracy in FG, Raw materials & Consumables
- Ensure all the data are audited twice before submission
- All reports need to be updated & monitored via erp next only
- erp next - SCM - Process implementation

**Error Free operation - Internal & External relationship**
- Daily meeting with CRO’s, Production & Purchase team for scheduling of easier shipment
- Pre-planned schedule monitoring for next day shipments
- Local Chennai delivery within 24hrs
- Speaking to customer before and after delivery
- Visiting our customer site and getting Customers feedback
- Supporting Sales team in Clearing second quality tiles
- Ensure all the vendors payment are cleared as per terms

**Stores management - Raw materials, Consumables & FG**
- Ensure Proper layout at Factory
- Maintaining 100% accuracy in erp next
- Ensure inward and outward flow in erp next
- Physical inspection & verification has to be performed and all inward materials & documents need to acknowledged with receiving seal
- Any quality rejection details need to be informed to Purchase team immediately
- Giving on time alert to Purchase team for materials procurement (Raw materials & Consumables)
- Daily Cycle count monitoring
- Regular auditing of Raw materials, Consumables and FG

**Local Transportation & Diesel Consumption Monitoring**
- Negotiation and minimizing the cost for Local transportation & Unloading charges
- Ensuring safety dispatch with customer satisfaction
- Planning multiple trip in single shipment
- On-time delivery within Chennai as per CRO’s confirmation
- Getting customer feedback
- Supporting D’Door Local dispatches
- GPS & Diesel consumption tracking & Monitoring
- Organizing & Monitoring of Chennai vehicle trips
- Coordinating with Locals Drivers - Shipments plan, Work orders ,Transportation & Unloading payments (As per terms & Conditions )
- Training to Drivers for safe dispatch & Customer delight
- Make sure all the documents for Local Vehicle (Drive license, Insurance, FC, Truck periodical maintenance work) are checked and verified

**Measurement Metrics**
- Chennai Delivery within 24rhrs
- Reducing cost by 2% month on month on our Local Transportation
- Zero% breakage in the warehouse
- Zero% breakage during transportation
- 5 Star rating from customers regarding delivery of materials

**Qualifications**:
Any Graduation
