**Responsibilities**:

- **Inventory Management**:

- Oversee and manage inventory levels, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Conduct regular stock checks and implement efficient stock rotation practices.
- **Order Fulfillment**:

- Coordinate the picking, packing, and shipping of orders in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with logistics partners to ensure on-time delivery.
- **Team Supervision**:

- Lead and supervise warehouse staff, providing guidance and support.
- Train new employees on warehouse processes and safety procedures.
- **Space Optimization**:

- Plan and organize warehouse space efficiently to maximize storage capacity.
- Implement systems for easy accessibility and retrieval of goods.
- **Quality Control**:

- Enforce quality control measures to ensure the accuracy and condition of received and dispatched goods.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and rectify any quality issues.
- **Safety Compliance**:

- Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures within the warehouse.
- Conduct regular safety training for warehouse personnel.
- **Reporting**:

- Generate regular reports on inventory levels, order fulfillment, and warehouse efficiency.
- Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements.
- **Communication**:

- Liaise with other departments, suppliers, and logistics partners to ensure smooth operations.
- Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies in a timely manner.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Warehouse Executive or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and quality control processes.
- Proficient in using warehouse management systems and other relevant software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

**Salary**: From ₹15,000.00 per month

- Day shift
