**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in creating clean, user-friendly UI designs and interactive prototypes for websites and mobile apps
- Support in wireframing, brainstorming, and conducting basic user research to understand user needs
- Design compelling visuals, graphics, and layouts for marketing campaigns, social media, and other digital platforms
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other designers to bring ideas to life
- Maintain visual consistency across all designs and follow brand guidelines

**Requirements**:

- Fresh graduates or students with 3 to 6months of experience in UI/UX or graphic design
- Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design software
- Good understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and layout
- A creative mindset with a strong interest in solving problems through user-centric design
- Familiarity with mobile-first and responsive design conceptsA portfolio (even if it's from college or personal work) that shows your design thinking and creativity

**Good to Have**:

- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or design-to-development handoff
- Experience using tools like Canva, After Effects, or any animation software
- Interest in motion graphics, animations, or micro-interactions
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlinesEagerness to learn from feedback and stay updated with design trends.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
