Job Overview:
We are looking for a creative and passionate UI/UX Designer with 1-2 years of experience to join our team. You will work on designing engaging and user-friendly interfaces for our digital products.

Key Responsibilities:

- **User Research**: Conduct basic user research to understand user needs and preferences.
- **Wireframing and Mockups**: Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate design ideas.
- **Collaborate**: Work closely with developers, product managers, and other team members to bring your designs to life.
- **Usability Testing**: Assist in usability testing to gather feedback and improve designs.
- **Design Guidelines**: Follow and contribute to our design guidelines and standards.

**Required Skills**:

- **Design Tools**: Proficiency in design tools like Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, or similar.
- **Basic Coding**: Understanding of HTML and CSS is a plus.
- **Creativity**: Strong creative and visual design skills.
- **Attention to Detail**: Keen eye for detail and consistency.
- **Communication**: Good communication skills to articulate design choices and collaborate with team members.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to think critically and solve design problems effectively.

Qualifications:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 1-2 years of experience in UI/UX design.
- **Portfolio**: A strong portfolio showcasing your design projects and process.
