Roles and Responsibilities Presentable Appearance and Attitude.
- Lead Management - Generate prospects from showroom walk-in, telephone enquiries
- Enquiries are to be entered in the tab with complete details of the customer.
- Demonstrating the Scooter.
- Carry out Test rides and convert to final sale
- Addressing customer queries related to Scooter specifications, Delivery time, Scooter Pricing, Finance options, etc
- Closing and Followup.
- KPIs
- Percentage of TR completion from scheduled TR
- Percentage of Sales conversion from Completed TR
- Process adherence, No deviation from the Processes or SOPs
- Good at giving Customer Experience and No Negative Feedback from Customer
- CX rating
- Qualifications, Experience & Skills Sales Expertise in Automobile - worked in 2W or 4W Dealership, Retail, Insurance, Finance & Banking preferred
- Qualification - Graduation/Diploma
- Exp. Min. 2 Yrs
- Knows driving and have DL
- Good communication skills

MAXIMUM SALARY WAS 4.00 LPA
